Rules and Regulations of the AAKCBA Library 1. The Library will be kept open from 9.30am to 3.30pm on all working days except second Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. 2. The Library will be closed for a short interval from 12.45pm to 1.30pm for prayers and lunch. 3. Students can avail all the Library Services during the working hours of Library Services viz. Circulation Service (Check Out, Check In, Renewal and Reservation) Reference Service, guidance etc. 4. Student must produce their ID card while issuing and returning the library books. 5. ID Cards are not transferable. No student should lend the ID cards from others. 6. Five Books can be borrowed for a period of 15 days to each student. Issued books have to be returned on or before the due date stamped on the book slip; if required the same can be renewed for another 15 day. After the due date a fine of Rs.1/- per day per book will be charged. 7. User has to return all the books borrowed with in a week after the examination otherwise disciplinary action will be taken. 8. Reference books/material will not be issued to students but they can refer the same in the Library. Readers should replace the same in the shelves after reading. 9. Strict silence should be maintained in the Library so that others may not be disturbed. 10. Students have to strictly follow Library Rules and Regulations of the Library otherwise library membership will be cancelled. 11. Outsiders will not be allowed under any circumstance. 12. Keep your belongings (bags etc., outside the library. 13. Food and Beverages strictly not allowed in the library. 14. Switch off your cell phones or keep in silent mode before entering the library. 15. Keep help the book neat and clean.
